Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (Wholesale Orders)

This store sells exclusively to business customers (B2B). By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business activity. Consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal for consumers, do not apply.

1. Deposit and Order Confirmation
Orders placed using our payment plan require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value at checkout. An order is considered confirmed once the deposit has been successfully paid.

2. Production and Commitment
Upon receipt of the deposit, we reserve materials, production capacity, and/or inventory specifically for your order. This constitutes a binding commercial commitment.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only with our prior written agreement.
  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all cases, as it covers upfront costs, materials, and administrative handling.
  • If cancellation is approved after production or procurement has begun, we reserve the right to charge additional costs incurred beyond the deposit.

4. Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% balance is due within 3 months of the initial order date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Suspension or cancellation of the order
  • Forfeiture of the deposit
  • Additional recovery actions where applicable

5. Refunds and Adjustments
As orders are processed as a single transaction, refunds (if any) are applied at the order level and not limited to the deposit portion alone. Any exceptions are at our sole discretion.

6. Disputes
Any disputes arising from cancellation or payment obligations will be handled in accordance with applicable commercial law in the Netherlands.
